Manager (Engineering-Civil)

• Civil Engineering में Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology।
• संबंधित क्षेत्र में Qualification के बाद 3 वर्ष का Work Experience।

Manager (Engineering-Electrical)

AAI Manager & Junior Executive Salary / Pay Scale

AAI में चयनित उम्मीदवारों को निर्धारित IDA Pay Scale के अनुसार वेतन दिया जाएगा।

Junior Executive	₹40,000 – 3% – ₹1,40,000

Basic Pay के अलावा Dearness Allowance, Basic Pay के 35% तक Perks, HRA, CPF, Gratuity, Social Security Schemes, Medical Benefits आदि सुविधाएं AAI Rules के अनुसार मिलेंगी।

Notification के अनुसार लगभग ₹14 लाख प्रति वर्ष CTC Junior Executive के लिए और लगभग ₹21 लाख प्रति वर्ष CTC Manager के लिए है।

AAI Recruitment 2026 Selection Process

AAI Recruitment 2026 में सभी पदों के लिए Computer Based Test (CBT) आयोजित किया जाएगा।

चयन प्रक्रिया में निम्न चरण शामिल हो सकते हैं:

1. Computer Based Test
2. Application Verification
3. Interview / Subsequent Test, जहां लागू हो
4. Physical Measurement Test, जहां लागू हो
5. Driving Test, जहां लागू हो
6. Physical Endurance Test, जहां लागू हो
7. Medical Examination
8. Final Merit/Selection

गलत उत्तर के लिए CBT में कोई Negative Marking नहीं होगी।

Manager Posts

Post Code 1 से 11 तक के Manager Posts के लिए CBT के बाद Application Verification तथा Interview भी Selection Process का हिस्सा होगा।

Manager (Fire Services)

इस पद के लिए Application Verification के बाद:

• Physical Measurement Test
• Driving Test
• Physical Endurance Test

आयोजित किया जाएगा। Physical Endurance Test में Running, Casualty Carrying, Pole Climbing, Rope Climbing तथा Full Ladder Climbing & Descending आदि शामिल हैं।
